d'Armand Books is a family owned business with many fine collectibles being added often and over six thousand books in stock, many of which are first editions and hard to find books. Every item listed is owned and stored by us. No outside parties or companies. All items ordered are verified of condition before shipment. We do not sell any book with missing pages or water damage. We scan our own book covers and signatures from the books in stock, not copied elsewhere. Many books added every day. We hope you find what you're looking for on our website and hope that you will keep coming back. We guarantee our books to be in the condition we list them as (If a book has been price clipped or is a book club edition, it will be stated as so).

All orders over $75.00 are insured and require a delivery confirmation signature.

Clicking on 'add to cart' directs you to use PayPal. We are PayPal Verified, (Click on PayPal image on main page if you're registered with PayPal to Verify our Business Account) but they have the option to use a credit card if you do not use paypal (registration with PayPal is not required).

Book Conditions and Dust Jacket Covers:
Mint, As New or Unread: Book and dust jacket are like brand new.
Excellent or Very Fine: very fine scratches or blemishes, VERY little wear, no tear.
Fine: No discoloration, minimal creases and blemishes, very slight wear, no tear.
Very Good: Little discoloration, creases, blemishes or wear and no tear.
Good: Discoloration, creases, blemishes or some wear with slight tear/s.
Fair: Discoloration, creases, blemishes, fairly worn and/or with tears to dust jacket.
Reading Copy or Poor: This book would be in the worst shape but still readable.
